Charging stations require a RFID fob which is associated with your ChargePoint account. When you create your account you enter a credit card number. ChargePoint sends you the first two fobs free. Initial account amount is $25.00.

A charging session can be initiated on demand using the Blink App or by using a Blink RFID card. The Blink card is associated with your Blink account. When you create your account you enter a credit card number. Blink sends you the RFID card free of charge.

  EV Connect

A charging session can be initiated only using an EV Connect RFID card. The RFID card is associated with your EV Connect account. When you create your account you enter your PayPal information. Your EV Connect account is preloaded with $25.00. The fob arrives in the mail. Charging costs $1.00 per hour.
